ITINERARY:
Board your guided tour vehicle to travel to the town of Amealco where you will meet an Otomi family that has been involved in the creation of making Lele dolls for generations. You will learn the place of this activity and its importance in their culture.
Hear the story of how the Otomi people came to craft this doll, what it symbolizes for them and to their culture, and how they preserve their traditional practices. Then, try your hand at stitching one of your own dolls to take home with you.
